Mostly 95- 140 and some times it reached    100-170 approx pls suggest any good medicine and and advices

Consult physician who will put you on Anti Hypertensive regime,  using Thiazide diurectics and ACEi/ARBs.. Blood pressure medication dosage needs to be adjusted for every patient, depending on response achieved. Do not just buy an OTC medication without consult.
Next Steps
consult Physician immediately,  because BP going beyond 160/100 goes into hypertensive urgency and can cause end organ damage
