High blood pressure

Hello sir, I am 25 years old suffering from Ankylosing spondylitis . My bp is 140/80 some times 140/70 . Is that normal?  My recent blood work shows my S.Creatinine is 0.84mg/mL. My Crp is 52 mg/L. Should I worry about my bp? Thank you sir 🙏🏻.

Your creatinine is absolutely normal. However that doesn't rule out a kidney issue. Pls do a urine routine and protein creatinine ratio..... If it's normal just BP control....
