He had high blood pressure (140/90) for long time now. But recently, his blood pressure has increased (155/95) inspite of taking medication (stamlo 2.5).

Reduce salt intake in all forms. In curries, avoid pickles n processed foods like papad, etc. regular exercise. Further if the BP is high he might need dosage adjustment of his medication
