Having blood pressure upto 150-167 for 3 days despite eating medicine telmisartan 40mg. She has been taking dis medicine for almost 5 years, however sometimes with higher doses.

Do twice home BP monitoring and record for 10 days and take consultation with those recordings.

Is there any associate conditions like thyroid or kidney issues. Is she on salt restriction, is she taking her medication regularly. Was the pressure under control previously?
Next Steps
Check BP again twice to thrice daily under resting conditions. Get ECG, regular blood check up. Contact a physician
