High bilirubin, SGPT & SGOT levels

My total bilirubin level is 7.62 mg/dl SGPT level is 499 IU/L SGOT level is 170 IU/L Globulin level is 4.16 gms/dl Also during a ultrasonography I have been diagnosed with gallstone of 4.1mm Please let me know how severe is this and what kind of treatment would I be needing?
