Hello Sir, Am Dr.Vinoth mbbs here. I once happened to check my B.P before one month which was 150/100 mm Hg and again after 5-10 minutes after that which was 140/30mm Hg. Today I was having very mild Chest pain 1/10 in severity right at the Apex of the Heart and Head ache. Am an alcoholic with h/o 10 years. 25 days a month for the last 2 months and 10days a month before that with once a week before that. My B.P now is 150/100 mmHg. Please let me know the management.
