High aptt but other values normal

I am a relatively healthy 23 year old male. With bad dust allergies. Recently I did some tests recommend by ent for some nose obstruction. My aptt came high at 37.8 seconds but rest other values in normal range. I don't have any blood clotting disorders in me or in my family. Reason for this?

Why are you worried about APTT? Normal can be upto 34 sec. Yours is 37.8 sec. Not very high. You are worried unnecessarily. I am sure the next stage will be that you will get more tests done for Allergy and be happy that you have a rare allergy. Please stop worrying. Even if you find that you are allergic to some obscure thing what are you going to do?
