Hiatal Hernia, GERD, Vertigo

1 Year of Vertigo Vertigo often triggeres by late/early meals. Normal sugar & BP. Constant dizziness, worse pre/post meals sometimes with headaches. Post meals Shortness of breath, difficulty burping, constipation. Endoscopy examined and diagonised with Hiatal hernia & GERD. (Rabechill L was prescribed - ineffective) ENT doctor suggested Divalproex (2 months) ineffective. Find the attached reports down here Desperate for accurate diagnosis & effective treatment. Seeking Doctor who considers food-vertigo connection

Reduce excess salt intake in food. It retains more water and impedes equilibrium.  For hiatus hernia at present least you can follow is dietary modification with low carbs, high protein and frequent short meals. Avoid late night dinner.
