Hi its 20 days late ny periods and all pregnancy test are negative... What is the problem is this

If u hv bn sexually active and u hv taken ny pill it could be because of that also. Other causes are hormonal disturbances , pcos , thyroid issues, endometriosis , etc. Do a serum beta hcg blood test and an ultrasound pelvis. According to reports further management ll be decided upon.
