Hi iam having mouth ulcers and painful gums swollen not even able to eat anything along with fever ...I started using paracetamol+ibuprofen,antibiotic,prescribed by doc and also hexigel and mucgel...hexigel whenever I applied some of it I used to swallow bcz I have mouth ulcers on tongue and deep inside mouth also once soon after that I drank little water...also I am app liyo go mucgel twice or thrice a day and hexigel twice a day with a time diff of 3 hours....will it cause any serious health issues if I swallow mucgel or hexigel plz reply Tia

Hello ma'm, Let me ask you few questions for better consultation : 1.Since how many days you have these problems& any recurrence of the same? 2.Are you often having upset stomach i. e constipation? 3.Are you having bleeding gums also? 4.can you share clinical photograph of the affected area ?

There will not be any considerable problem if u swallow hexigel. Oral ointments are made accordingly, keeping in mind the tendency of people to swallow that.
