Hi doctor, If I have an outbreak frm herpes and choose to let it recovery naturally. Will it cause any harm to the body but not taking anti viral medication. What does the herpes result means herpes 1 @ 3.5 and herpes 1 @1.2. Is it true that the lower the value the better. What can cause the change it value.
