Herniated disc problem

I'm suffering from herniated disc problem, this is the second time this problem reoccurred, this time the bulge protrudes cover major section of the nervous chamber and pressing my nerves due to which I'm unable to walk or stand on my own. Kindly suggest which (practise domain of Doctor is best for surgery i.e. Neurosurgeon or Orthopedic Surgeon)

Hi please consult a spine specialist either its neuro or ortho. Also consult a physiotherapist who do dry needling with cupping. It gives amazing results.
