I have a hernaited disc and last night it made my back seize up 4 times in 1 hour. Also I'm on my period and I'm having cramps from hell. Idk if it's because of my back injury or not, but I do have a problem going to the bathroom because of my back. When I feel like I need to pee, alot of blood like comes out and it's gotten to the point where I have to wear two pairs of pajama pants because it's really bad when I'm sleeping or laying down. Are these two related?
