I have hernia at right groin. It is not causing any problem though. No pain nothing. But as per medical test of my job I have to get rid of hernia otherwise I will not be able to pass the medical test. So should I go with hernia operation? Which one is 100% confirmation in removing hernia? Open surgery or laparoscopy? And can I resume to normal work within 21 days ? Because I already failed in medical test and another medical test will be conducted within 21 day.

I ll advise you not to lift heavy objects and extreme physical activity. You might need a hernia repair. Totally extra peritoneal repair should be a good option in your case. You need to visit a surgeon in your area for this.  Take care. If you want to consult any surgeon in delhi-ncr, then let me know, i can arrange one for you.
