I m trying for conceiving from last one year. My mensuration cycle is 28 days but in this one year of marriage my cycle vary 24 , 26 or 28 days..before this month my period was not good and suddenly my period is 5 days late and bleeding is brown colour. Nd I do UPD test it's negative...plz tell me what is the reason behind this nd how I take care of my health in this situation..
