Man you need life style modifications.
Drink plenty of water. 4 liters per day.
Avoid spicy and oily food.
Low cholesterol diet.
High fiber diet.
Avoid outside food.
Avoid alcohol.
Stop smoking.
Have green leafy vegetables and fruits.
Do some physical exercises on a regular basis.
Don't over eat.
Take isabgol powder 2 teaspoon at night with warm water.
Drink 2 glass of warm water in the morning before going to wash room.
For hemorrhoids : Do SITZ bath ( take a tub full of warm water add betadine liquid in it and sit for 30 minutes in the water for 3 times in a day for a week atleast)
If all the above mentioned things not helping then
Take syrup lactose 30 ml at night for a week.
