What should I do if I have a small lump around anus. Is it piles or something worrisome ? I am 31 weeks pregnant and taking iron and calcium supplements daily.

Why don't you consult a General Surgeon in your area (with the concurrence of your Gynaecologist) ? You don't know if you have piles or not but you want to discuss the treatment of piles during pregnancy.
