I have been having pain during defecation for about a month now. I have used Proctosedyl cream around anus for 15 days. Also took Thank OD for 14 days following which the pain was relieved for a couple of days but then it was back. I can feel a small pimple like growth on the opening of the anus. Have avoided spicy food since the last 15 days. I am very perplexed about my situation. Kindly help.

Hi madam you are wrongly diagnosed with Piles and toy are taking medicines for Piles.  Actually you have Fissure in ano as Piles are painless always.  Kindly get yourself evaluated with a gastroenterologist and leery him define the problem first then take medicines.
