I have external hemorrhoids. My whole body feels very weak. I want to do some body building and weight lifting.  Is it okay. if not I am ready for surgery to remove piles. Is it alright if I go to gym after healing.

The requirement for surgery for hemorrhoids depends on how large they are, if they are painful or bleeding. Usually there is no restriction against going to the gym after surgery but it's sensible to give yourself at lest 15 days to recover.
