Hemorrhagic cyst.

I was diagnosed with a hemorrhagic cyst in my right ovary. The doctor gave me the 21 day estrogen pills. I had those and my cyst resolved. Now, I am not on those pills. Before taking those pills my periods were completely normal with a good flow. Recently, after taking those pills, my two menstrual cycles have been very light. I bleed very less. What should I do? Is this normal?
