Hemoglobin10.9 in 24th week of pregnancy

Please advice... My hemoglobin is 10.9. I am 24 weeks 2 days pregnant. My OGTT test reports are normal and I have been diagnosed with pregnancy induced hypothyroid in 1st trimister for which I am taking Thyronorm 50. I am having balanced diet including sprouts, oats, dryfruits, nuts, seeds, fruits, dals, egg 1 per day, multigrain roti, non veg weekly etc mother protein, iron tablet- softeron and calcium tablet Should I have to change the iron medicine? Is this level of hemoglobin is okay? Attached is the report.

Your report can be considered as normal. If you are consuming the iron as advised to you by your doctor  that means that you are tolerating your iron . By the time you are  30 weeks your Hb will go up to  12 gm %. If it doesn't then you should ask about intravenous iron from your doctor.
