I am finding it difficult to pass stool back of my but hole hurts while passing stool even when the stool is not hard and it itches it it hemmoroids

Have a high fibre diet with plenty of water and sit in tub with warm water for 15 min daily.To soften stools, drink plenty of water daily and include a natural supplement like psyllium husk in daily meal but never take dry it might cause choking.
