My sister recently recovered from typhoid, she has hemoglobin count 4.8 , she started drinking juice (beatroot, carrot,tomato) and taking tablet Ferrous ascorbate & folic acid tablets once a day,when she is drinking Juice without adding water to it, everything is coming out through vomiting, she can only drink juice of 1 beatroot with adding water,could you please suggest anything to rise hemoglobin faster. She is eating daal chapati, veg without spices and able to digest it well. Thankyou in advance.
