Hi, please suggest some good bleaching cream for lips since my upper lip is black and lower lip pink with slight spots on it. Is it safe to use bleaching cream? Please suggest.

Hi Don't apply bleach on lips. can u show me ur problem add Samarth clinic, Near Dawat Hotel, katrj bypass rd, Vadagaon (B) Pune
