Help regarding colonoscopy report

Just had my colonoscopy for stomach problems. The procedure was painful but the doctor told me I had nothing wrong in my colon. Endoscopy found pan gastritis due to h pylori infection. The stomach problems are mucus in stool. Acid reflux. Excessive gas.
