What kind of anatomy is present in the area encircled in red? I feel a hard lump there, is that a lymph node? If yes, is that serious? I am sacred about cancer. I do not have any bad habit or any familial history of such cancers. I do get frequent throat infections and also have dandruff usually. And the lump i am talking about isn't visible outside the skin at all. It doesn't hurt or pain. I just happen to find it out while checking for lymph nodes by going through a YouTube video. Only issue I have is fragmented sleep and a small pea sized lymph node infront of tragus. Please help. Is this serious?
