Asked for 53 year old. Having Diabetes for 15 years. Detected with Non Proliferative Retinopathy. Morning Medicine: Metformin + Glimepiride and Pioglitazone Hydrochloride. Afternoon: Januvia 100 Night: Metformin + Glimepiride and Pioglitazone Hydrochloride. Still Blood Sugar stays at 175 - 180 and sometimes 200 - 225. I take 2 rotis morning. Rice in afternoon. And again Rotis at Night. I have Moderate High Blood Pressure and Cholesterol. What should I do to low my blood sugar level?
