No . Definitely no . If that’s is so almost everyone will develop cancer eventually Cancer only comes with high dose exposures of radiation over prolonged time

A definite no. The exposure of the radiation is 0.1mV which is minimal. Repeated exposure and long term basis can potentially expose you to cancer but also a rare side effect, usually seen in extremes of ages.
Health Tips
Not to panic and read unnecessary google reviews

1 CT scan exposure of whole body is equivalent to 100 Chest X-rays if you compare the amount of X-ray exposure you are getting. Usually 1 CT scan per year is recommended as the cumulative exposure is very high. Répétitive exposure can certainly put you at risk for getting cancer so it is not advised to do it repeatedly.
Next Steps
Avoid CT scan unless recommended and warranted for as an indication

A single CT scan — especially when medically necessary — is safe and the benefits far outweigh the risks

As per data , there is very highly unlikely that with one Ct Scan some one gets cancer. Secondly the cumulative effect of the radiation that means from different scans or multiple scans can lead to cancer in long time not immediately after Ct Scan. But in scenario where someone exposed to lot of radiation before can have cancer after one CT scan.
Next Steps
Patient always remember that most of the cancer always give some indication so always stay alert and anything that makes you feel away from good health go and meet your doctor, and if I am your doctor then plse consult me
Health Tips
Try to avoid having multiple Ct or xray in a year
