I have a cold right side blocked left side is free next day morning right side blocked &left side is free (this problem facing with 45 Days)

If you have problems always on right side , this may be due to deviations of nasal septum or other causes like polyps or some other mass lesion,if blockage is on alternate side and it is causing problem it may be due to allergy.
