Hello Doctor. My child.is 14 years old and his weight is 55kg height is 5ft 8inch. He got tiny red spots on his palm please help doctor they are not itchy please help doctor . Please refer the picture

A more detailed history is required. Since when are they present and are they present anywhere else in the body. You will have to show him to a paediatrician for some blood tests and further investigation.
