Sir, my weight is 78 & height is 5.5 .. I want to increase height because I'm very much Interested to get more 1 inch. There any excises or products to get height. My age is 25 years 5 months.

Hi thanks for your query. U v crossed your age for height growing max should be within 18 till 21 is final line. Now u v no options. My height is 5.4 as asper heredity we get all our height .No one can changes.
