Not possible...in females bone growth stops after 18-19...dere is a surgical intervention called as illizaro fixation used is China...very painful n lengthy procedure..not recommended

Theoretically when there is closure of Epiphyseal Growth Plate ,No Further Bone Lengthening is possible. That Growth plate closure occurs before age 21. So after that age Not possible to increase the height.
