Does ashvagansha helps to increase height? I am 18 years old with height 5 4" and weight 69 kgs. I am on deiting. I want to increase my height As well. I only want 2 or 3 inches more. So should I consume ashvagandha? Will it increase my weight too?

Hiii, U r 18,still u have a chance to increase height.It is not a single Ashwagandha but along with it a complete course and observations required.Consult privately.
