I am 16 years 9 months old. I am 160 cm tall . Father height : 158 cm and Mother height 149 cm ( Elder brother height : 163 cm ) . Is there any way by which I can gain about 3-5 cm of height?

You are still to have a growth spurt to happen and that would be your chance to gain height. Can't predict how much.

Don't gym...  Only jogging and running..  Get some growth supplements..   mostly its genetic
