Can anyone please tell some food items for height and weight gain...as right now I am 5.1 and weight is 44kg

Hi, It's is a very good question as per your height your weight is less. So try to take a healthy diet as per your requirement. Your weight should be around 52 -54 kg. For height it is depend on your mother's and father's height. According to your age your bone age will be more so it is not possible to gain height.
