My wife experiences sharp shooting pain in both her heels especially in the mornings just when she gets up. It subsides after an hour or so. What it is and whom to consult ?

That is planter feciaitis. Treatment should be hot water fomultation and TA streching three time a day. shoft sole sleeper use. Without sleeper not walking.
