I stated feeling pain in heels after waking up.. I have been facing this for last 8 months . It's increasing day by day. I feel pain under and around my heels. Difficult to walk or stand for long time. My company physician said it's planter facilities. How it will be cured completely?? Pain in left leg is more than the right one.

Physiotherapy treatment and avoid long standing. Yes it PF. Calf stretching exercises. Apply heel sole inside of shoes.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You can consult a orthopedician and confirm the diagnosis.  Plantar fasciitis can be cured. Use a soft pair of slippers. You can apply hot and cold pads alternatively.  Tab. Pregaba-m once in the night for 10 days. Tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a month.  Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
