I can't tolerate heat atmosphere and also in anxiety I sweat more near my chest area underarm and also on forehead when everyone is normal I sweat more in sittin in home

Your symptoms point towards hyperthyroidism. Please get early morning thyroid profile or just s.TSH done. Also get evaluated by a surgeon/physician for confirmation of diagnosis.
