snoring is due to obstruction of the airway while sleeping .
the obstruction maybe from nose upto larynx
there are many reasons for snoring like obesity ,alcohol consumption, etc
do steam inhalation before sleep so that it helps by clearing your airway for some extent
do regular exercises to control weight
