I am on regestrone last six months when I stopped pill my period comes heavy again with big clots I need to change pad every hour I have no thyroid I am very worried what happened to me l am 30 years old this is my MRI report of pelvis please tell me what is the reason of heavy bleeding.

It's due to polyp
