Dr I am getting heavy head constantly When I take steam it reduces Again it comes Due to this my ear also pains My throat too pains I took cetzin buy not effective I am diabetic Please advise

This looks like sinusitis ..since u r a diabetic it is needed to b careful..there are chances of fungal sinusitis to occur..needs detailed evaluation
