Heavy hairfall

It all started two years ago. I had heavily densed curly hair which is now so thin and weak. It is very dry and frizzy now. I can see scalp very easily too. It falls when I wash, comb or even when I put oil and massage. I have tried natural remedies and different oils but no help. Its like, if I just put a hand inside my hair, easily at one time 5 strands come out on my fingers. This is very depressing too since with going age I feel I will never get my dense curls back. Please help.

Alopecia is a common problem and can be delayed by medications but usually needs a hair transplant if there is no underlying cause. Consult a Plastic Surgeon or Hair transplant Surgeon trained in both FUE and FUT for a detailed discussion. Adding PRP therapy at the time of hair transplant and during followup will yield a sustainable result.
