Heavy Hair loss

I am experiencing heavy hairfall since last 2-3 months. I am having a good diet and exercising daily. But the hairfall is increasing eveytime I wash my hair. What are the possible reasons? Pls suggest what should I do.

It could be telogen effluvium. Recent illness , stress, anemia, tyroid abnormalities to be look into. Get these evaluated .need oral medication like cap Follihair and topical peptides
