Heavy Front Head With Heavy Eyes.

Heavy front head with heavy eyes. When I raise my eyebrows upside I feel a stretching (khichaw) type of feeling on my forehead and below the eyes. I have pain behind my left eye. And nose bone always feel heavy. I have been facing this since 2 days. Slight runny nose (few times in a day with sneezing) What's the issue please let me know.
