I have constipation since 3 years. Have severe bleeding while passing stool. Am taking cremaffin and drinking water. Doing walking every day still no results. Please advise

Take plenty of water.    To overcome contact for esp powder and to stop bleeding. Avoid to become iron deficiency anemia

1st take Seitz bath with Betadine two times daily Apply Anobliss ointment before going latrine Take softovac powder 1 spoon with lukewarm water. Consult with general surgeon.
