Heavy bleeding

I have been suffering from excess bleeding during menses since past three years. The bleeding on day two is so excessive that it hampers my normal routine and leaves me feeling weak. To control this, I take trenexa. My periods last only for 2-2.5 days. My hb levels is always under 10. All my tests and d&c have shown normal results. Looks like the problem is uncurable. Is consuming trenexa on regular basis safe?

Madam u have to compare it periods with ur own.there is no rule as how much u should bleed. If tranexa is helping u then cntue it. Otherwise get a USG done. If it's normal then ur bleeding oattern is also normal. Alternatively u can start on Pause MF. It has two drugs n will help u better

You need weight control and also hormonal tablet in regular basis. Tranexa will help to reduce amount of bleeding only, not much benefit.

It's absolutely curable. Trenexa may not help in long run. Please  read my blog on PCOS. Hope that helps.

If your bleeding last for 2_3days then it is taken as normal... If your all reports are normal don't take any medicine... Observe bleeding pattern for 3months...start iron, do some fitness activities... Maintain hb more than 12

Take oral contraceptive for 3-4 months, it will be helpful, and start taking folic acid tablet daily once and diet rich in iron and calcium supplements.
