Heavy bleeding circumcisi

I had a circumcision and on the 11th day I had continuous  bleeding from the walls of the penis i have consulted a general surgeon and he says its normal and could be because of a rupture in a vein inside.he did apply a bandage but overnight I see in about 18 hours the bandage is soaked in blood.please help.Im bothered
