Heavy bleeding after Hysteroscopy

Hi ..I had my polypectomy Hysteroscopy on 24 sep..then I had bleeding after 4 days and stopped..and again I got my periods yesterday I was having heavy bleeding than normal I used to have ..is it normal to have like this after surgery? Attached my reports below please respond
