Hi Doctor, There is heaviness in right side of head, above right eye , right ear and same in right side of neck. Since last 20 days.

Need to avoid late nights and stop using mobile 1 hour before going to bed. Avoid TV. Read a book. Go for regular walks. Take plenty of fluids and veggies in diet.
