Heaviness in head after meal

Hello, From three weeks im having heaviness in head mostly after having my meal.. It is not continuous.. I feel uncomfortable.. My head feels like spinning while sitting or walking. May I know what is causing this? No headache

Check ur BP.. have an ent opinion ..could be postural vertigo ..

Mostly this is vertigo. As your age 30, it can be due to wax in ear. Or may be anxiety. Is there h/o hearing loss or ringing in ear ?
